wow i dont know how you do it, i can only eat chicken and that's a struggle for me! 5 kids must keep you very busy! i have 2 and find that a handfull!

banana for breakfast

broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for dinner,

egg, chicken breast, brown rice or gluten free bread for tea.

Seeds for snacks!

Its been tough but lost 6lb this week!

i'm on something very similar, only allowed raw veg but no pepper, cucumber or tomato or anything in nightshade family.
