I'm ready to stay disciplined to lose weight and get healthy. I'm married and have two kids in grade school. I also am in school full time. I'm studying to be a nuclear med tech. My overall goal is to get into the 150s, but by the end of the year I'm pushing myself to get under 200 lbs...how wonderful would that be :) I think summer is the best time for me to start. I love being outside, and I'm not so tempted to eat when I'm not stuck in the house because of the cold. I'd love to get a good handle on my weight loss before autumn when all the holidays start creeping up.
