I am eating more 'live food' I'm really getting into healthy eating. I've learned so much about the damages genetically engineered food can do to our system, and how cooking destroys the enzimes we need.
I'm noticing that as I eat more live food, my fat density is dropping even though I'm going against some of the things I'm taught about dieting.
I'm getting something to make tortilla chips from a local mexican grocery store. These chips will satisfy my munchies. Bread will take longer to eat. Eating slower will aid my digestion. I can also make my 'breads' out of natural, unprocessed grains.

I couldn't beleive that I gained 10lb when I started to exercise. Then I did some research and found out that this was normal. Take a look at the information I posted in my lifecoaching group at fatsecre for the information that I found.

Being back on the sacred heart diet has made it easier for my body to get use to eating less. I'm losing my cravings to be eating constantly. This time, I am allowing myself to cheat when I am stressed. I figure that I need to listen to my body, more than a recipe for weight loss.
