Well, I haven't written in a while. So much going on. I came very close to filing for divorce and having some kind of a break down from the stress of my marriage and the economy. I have been trying to feed a family of four very picky people on less than $100 per week, so my fresh fruits and veggies are history for now. I have pretty much detached myself emotionally from my marriage and from food. Food used to help take up the slack for what was missing in my marriage. Now it just fills up an empty spot in my stomach. My children and my faith in God are my comfort now, and my evening walks. I have not lost any more weight, but I feel lighter somehow. Establishing boundaries and reassigning responsibilities is empowering. Best wishes to all.

I had decided that the crawly skin phenomena was due to my blood pressure medicine, so I tapered off of it. Blood pressure jumped up this weekend, had to take some two days in a row, more crawly skin and leg cramps, BUT lost the fluid I was retaining. Maybe there are some supplements out there that will counteract the side effects of the BP meds?
