Hi!
My name is Helen i'm British but live in California with my husband Peter.I've just turned the big 40 and hope my life begins as the past years have not been very good to me.
I am a complete dog lover and own 3 adorable Boxers, Mom (Exquisite) a brindle, Dad (Pud) a fawn and Daughter (Kira) a reverse brindle.
I have put on my weight due to comfort eating but am happy to say i do not drink or smoke.. just adore chocolate which i've cut out.
I want to lose about 50lb so i've invested in a wii and a treadmill and have started to play tennis even bought some 8lb dumbells.. i am so unfit it's unreal but i keep to it as best i can.
That's pretty much it for me for now.

May we all lose that weight
