Satisfied no matter how much I ate. I don’t know what is going on. I was terribly constipated last Wednesday; took a double dose of MOM, and spent the next 3 days running to the bathroom all the time. It continued this week; my “stomach” (read: intestines) are still “not right”. I was in Biaxin again from Jan 26 for 10 days; have been taking probiotics and Cholostrum was always going to doctors, I know more than I should and less than a trained person. BD nix.
rebuild the flora and heal leaky gut.
I’m hoping it is the remnants of the aftermath of the antibiotic, and not the first symptoms of that terrible and painful wasting disease that used to be referred to only by initials. I hope I’m just a hypochondriac who is panicking over nothing. It’s just that, having worked in the medical field from 1995 to 2008, and being a sickly child and adult, who was al

OBTW- is anyone out there (also) on a calorie counting diet, also watching to keep carbs under 50g/meal, and choosing diabetic-friendly foods?
I just wanted feed back from you — I’ve been working this diet since about September 15, 2017; list about 23-26 pounds, depending on water retention.
But recently, I’ve lost my appetite -sometimes, I eat only because I have medicines that can’t be taken on an empty stomach, and I know I need to eat. Mix of low glycemic index foods, frequently, to keep my blood sugar stable.
But I am losing my appetite. Scares me a bit; I’ve always over eaten, and never felt as if I was full, or satisfied woth

Up and down, up and down, (204, 202.8, 203.8, 203,205,202.8 — all in the same day, with the same lack of clothing). It’s a new scale, so that’s not the problem. I feel like a rocket ship yo-yoing on a one day cycle. So glad I will see my blood pressure doctor in 2 weeks, also my pain doctor. I want to walk! I looked forward to it, had built up a reputation in our 93 apt building of being the lady who walks!
I’ll try again, tomorrow - but only 15 minutes this time, not 40 as I tried to do last Wednesday. Maybe walking for too long a time period is increasing the pain. I can see the foot orthotics specialist I think the same day I see my blood pressure doctor. HE says it sounds EXACTLY as if my inserts need updating to my present weight, foot size, and angle of walking. (These are from 10 years ago) I wish the Dr Scholl’s arch supports from Walmart ($40) would work, but I looked at them, and they, also, are not tall u
Have a good night, folks, and a good weekend.
The good news is that whereas the Podiatrists (foot doctors) want $435 to $500 just for the arch supports, Mr. Mike Pezzotta still makes them for $265.00/pair!
I’ve been going to him for 20 years —he does wonderful, custom work; each orthotic is made from leather and rubber, to your exact needs. In NJ, to get the equivalent foot support is $500 from other places.
Mike is moving his workshop and store to South Carolina. I’ll post the location here & on FaceBook to letpeople in SC know how good he is. He also modified custom orthotic shoes to fit precisely and do a better job; he makes custom shoes and SANDALS with built in custom arch supports! (Dreams Of sugar plums dancing in my head!)
Now all I need is the money!
