This is at work with clothes/shoes etc. The goal is 167 by 3/31 putting me back where I was 5 years ago. Then the real push begins to 150 with 20% body fat. I know I can do it I just need external accountability guys!

Intermittent fasting is not hard. Sometimes you need to move it around or do a different plan but so far so good. If anything it makes you mindful about what you eat.

Detox plus intermittent fasting and some exercise got me 1.5 pounds this week! Still the first week is the easiest and I was hoping for 7-8 lbs a month for 3 months for I am off pace. I have to be more strict!

Starting a company challenge has me weigh in fully clothed at 9am, so my weight jump up isn't all negative.
20 lbs in 3 months is pretty difficult, afterall it is 6.5 lbs a month, or 1 pound every 3 days!
Intermittent fasting plus calorie counting plus exercise PLUS detox will give me a chance.
Perhaps a fast right before the final weigh in will get it done.
