Starting a company challenge has me weigh in fully clothed at 9am, so my weight jump up isn't all negative.
20 lbs in 3 months is pretty difficult, afterall it is 6.5 lbs a month, or 1 pound every 3 days!
Intermittent fasting plus calorie counting plus exercise PLUS detox will give me a chance.
Perhaps a fast right before the final weigh in will get it done.
