Work out 5 days a week and my weight goes down so slowly.
It sounds as if you may be building muscle and as you know muscle weighs more than fat. Check other things besides what the scale reads like ... how do your clothes fit... are they looser.. have you went down a dress size... a pants size? I remember once when I was younger I got upset bc I gained 4 lbs but when I realize I'd gone down 2 pants size I did the happy dance. Stay with it!

Small Steps
I'm new at this so not really sure how to do anything but put in my food and exercise.
I've been on my blood sugar meds for 5 days now... watching my carb intake.. staying away from sweets
and so far it's looking good. My first sugar reading was 218 and my sugar reading this morning was 126. Woohoooo
My positive take away from having diabetes.... going to lose weight... I feel it!!!!
