My follow up visit with my gen dr went well. She said I was slaying it with my lower sugar levels and upped my diabetes medication. I'm still on the 50,000 units of vitamin D weekly but down to 1 shot of B12 monthly. I'm not scheduled to see her for 3 months then will have blood tests ran again.
I fell off the food wagon this week and still lost 1 lb... hmmm wonder how many lbs I would have lost if not for the pizza and ice cream. No more celebrating for another month. lol
