After my crazy food day yesterday, we won't go into details... I'm trying to be on my BEST BEHAVIOR today lol. I weighed myself this morning and the scale hadn't moved BUT I definitely have some "reshaping" going on. My top is a bit more loose as well as the jeans :) Yay! Looks like that 15mins on the Elliptical, Lifting a few weights, and helping my Dad last weekend paid off :) I'm taking baby-steps into full blown exercise because I have a tendency to over do it lol. Every week I go a little longer on the Elliptical, lift a few more weights, etc. Everything helps :)

Yes, I did eat a Cinnabon for breakfast... Yes...it was super bad... BUT when you've haven't had one in like forever and you're in a pinch for time, you do whatcha gotta do. Sh*t Happens lol...lets move on =)

I'm super sore today! Yesterday my fiance and I helped my Dad fill sand around the house. OMG I haven't used these muscles in awhile!! I also have started taking about 4-6 alfalfa tablets (from Shaklee) daily that seem to helped ease the sinus pressure and help with the allergies :) YAY!!
