Hello hello ;) So I am in an amazing mood :) I had my blood test last Thursday to check my Thyroid and Vitamin D level. Last October I had a test and it showed I was severely Vitamin D deficient and slightly low in Thyroid. The Dr then prescribed me 50,000 units of Vitamin D which made me feel amazing and a low Thyroid Med. After a few months, the Dr knocked my Vitamin D to 2,000 units and kept me on the thyroid because I was in normal range. I shortly stopped the thyroid which ended up causing me some severe reactions. Over the last few months I have felt like crap again. So what did my test say? I once again have a severely low Vitamin D level and my Thyroid is low! I freaking knew it! So I'm back where I started!! My Dr. now wants me to do 50,000 every other week and wants me on a higher dose of Thyroid as a precaution. I said I'll do the Vitamin D because I've love to be happy and energetic but Thyroid..no way! Stick to your guns, do your research and listen to your body! =)

I was doing good yesterday until my parents decided to take my brother and I out to dinner. Casino Buffet....lovely. Plate wise I did well with only two including dessert but food wise it was a disaster! Normally I'd get a salad but it looked gross last night. So I was stuck with Mashed Potatoes, a Piece of Veggie Pizza, and Crab Ragoons lol.
Even though I felt absolutely disgusting after eating that garbage, my stomach felt a bit tighter this morning. Hmm perhaps walking and crunches do work lol.

I had a wonderful weekend with my Fiance and I feel so much better than last week. It feels good to be me again!! <3 PLUS I lost 2lbs! Its not a huge weight loss but any weight lost is awesome! I'll take it!

Greetings, I have returned lol. I took some time off because frankly the month of May was a mixed bag of sh*tty events. Today I'm starting my healthy journey and I'm NOT looking back. I spent the last month reflecting on my life, why I'm here, how did I get here, where can I go from here... One thing that hit me hard was realizing I had spent so much time online in my own little world that I had missed out on a lot of time with my family. Time is huge, time you can't get back. All because I was lazy and not paying attention to the world around me. Not to mention I gained a Sh*t ton of LBs! So starting now, I'm done with all of that non sense.
After all that jazz, I'm finally READY to do this. It's time to get healthy and be myself, with my family & friends. It's like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I want to look and feel amazing on my wedding day... and I have 16mos to do it. So....here we go! Wish me luck!
