Well, I'm finally in the Green. What a sweet color. Dropping 27 pounds and going to the gym is so noticeable on how I feel physically. Now the push to get down to my goal. More importantly, working to make this change a life-long commitment.
I'd like to also say to Mother Nature... "Stop being a bitch and give us back Spring !"
