Well let's see... I have been overweight my whole life with ups and downs all over. At age 20 I reached my highest which was 280! (scary I know) My older sister was getting ready to have gastric bypass surgery (age 22 at 390!)... so I guess you could say our whole family is not the healthiest. With parents not in the best shape and my sister getting this surgery..I had had enough! I went on a diet where I counted calories and exercised regularly. It was a success! From Aug 2008-Aug 2009... I had successfully dropped and kept off over 70lbs... Until I became more comfortable... and the work outs became few and far between. I was a yo yo dieter for about a year and a half weighing in between 210-220... and well after this past Christmas.. and all the cookies and junk I ate... I managed to get up to 225. I want to be healthy! So here I go... hopefully I can stay on track! :)
