I knew it. A weekend with my sisters and a champagne degustation and I'm gone. However, I loved every bit. So, back to normal tomorrow. Discipline, denying, straight and narrow with eyes on the horizon for a good result before I go on my cruise to the Caribbean and up the Amazon over Christmas. That's what this has been about.

I sort of felt that I was heading in the right direction this week. Down -1.3 kg. Still exercising like before, no alcohol :( and limiting the amount that goes in my mouth. None of the WW, Keto, CSIRO etc diets. Have pretty well reached two goals and now I'm happy with my weight. This weigh losing is such a lonely road. It's sad when a weighing machine rules your life. Anyway clothes fit way better but my neck now looks scrawny. Ugh. So there's pluses and minuses. At least this weight business has given me a purpose for the last 3 months. I suppose I'll aim for one more kilo, but I'm not stressing. Best wishes to all of those who, like me struggle and walk this same lonely road.

I felt sure I had put on heaps, because I had a small serve of roast dinner and wine at friends, but thankfully this week lost .6kg . Still continue my exercise. I wonder how long I can continue to regiment my eating . Good side - fitting into clothes better, continuing to feel that all my hard work is paying off. The bad side - miss "naughty" things and feeling guilty about what I can and can't eat. I have a goal and I'm healthy and only have old age aches and pains. Many people are far worst off than me, so I should suck it up princess and stop griping. So on I go again for another week of denying and discipline. Sending all good wishes.
