I am back on track today. Taking my topomax, water pill, synthroid, lemictral, and tentuate this morning. Started the day with a protein shake. Looking forward to losing weight. Will make me a cup of diet tea later today.

Took tenuate this morning at 7:45am. I had a mocha protein shake at 6:30am. I had a chocolate protein shake at 12:37pm today for lunch. I have started the meal replacement shakes. Excited to see how this goes. Took phentermine at 1:41pm today with water.

Trying to stay on track having a difficult time. Robbie had a banquet awards ceremony last night and didn't tell us parents were invited this after having an argument via text yesterday. I am so disappointed that I missed it, Rickys dad sent me tons of pictures...makes me look like a shitty parent!!!!! I am sad about the whole thing!
I took potassium, topomax, diruex, lemictural this morning 7:31am.
I am going to get on track!!!! I can't fall behind.....

Did really bad this weekend at diet! Getting back on track this week have to see dr in 2 weeks gotta get some weight off.....

Was out of the office for the 3rd time with strep throat this time it was in my stomach. I took tenuate 9:15am wavering weight around 230 can't seem to get under that will work hard to not eat as much.
