I have had some issues but am back on track had period, stress from planning Robert memorial and everything that is going on. I am not sure what is going to happen. I am stressed to the max. I don't know what to do everyday of the week.

started with a detox water along with eating. It has lemon, cucumer, and mint in it I have some at home in the fridge and here in the office it is refreshing and taste good.

Worked out this morning walked on treadmill at 2.4 speed on 1.0 incline. for 35 minutes. First workout in a very long time first workout since surgery.
