I’ve been watching My 600 pound life and I see how much of a difference it makes when they stick to the lower calorie diet finally and it has been inspiring me to be more consistent with not going over calories and it’s working ❤️

I got Factor meal preps on sale and froze them and been enjoying them for my lunches…I just wish their calories were a bit lower because low carb with calorie counting really works best for me and a 690 calorie lunch really puts me over desired calories
