Detox
Hey Everyone!
I just joined fatscret.com yesterday and am completely addicted already! I have lost 45 lbs in the last year and really need a push to drop the last 37-43 lbs which will get me to my goal weight. I am looking for an affordable, not to difficult detox. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I previously tried one that involved real maple syrup, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper but the pepper gave me terrible headaches.
Any suggestions?
