There is never a good time to go on a diet. Stressing now because one of our doggies just got diagnosed with osteosarcoma is having a leg amputated today. It sucks. I need to exercise for stress control instead of eating everything in sight.

I am not getting my exercise in this week as I had to attend a conference. My weight is stalled and I have relapsed in my night eating once already. I am doing pretty well with drinking plenty of water. Never give up!

I'm falling behind my weight loss goals. My family showered me with chocolate for M-Day and Pizza! Oh well, just plan to work out twice as hard and my Pick a Problem #2 will be cutting out junk food.

Finally got a weight drop again! Making some lower calorie substitutions and just about to whip the late night eating problem.

Ate far too many calories last week and didn't lose an ounce. It's a miracle I didn't gain a pound. I know where I went wrong and making a supreme effort to correct it this week. I bought baby carrots & sweet peppers for healthy low cal snacks plus yogurt and fruit as well. Now to meal prep and cook a couple of casseroles to have some quick healthy meals in the fridge for lunch & supper. I'm locking up my chocolate and making low cal jello for dessert. I have one more week to get my late night snacking under control.
