Still fighting the chocolate cravings. I had a little mountain trail mix today which had a few m&ms in the mix. It satisfied the taste buds and came in around half the calories in my normal chocolate snack, so it's a win. Losing some weight so must be doing something right.

So far so good. It didn't help that the family had a chocolate fest yesterday with candy bars, ding dongs and oreo cookies...but I resisted.

Getting my exercise up to speed with 50 to 60 min per day which satisfies the challenge goals for weeks 2 through 12. My personal goal is to work up to 2 hours a day in divided sessions. That way if I miss one workout I can still catch the others.
