So far so good. Next week will be harder with the exercise goals, so started this week off with a morning exercise routine.

Yay! I've finished my third meal of the day and still 100 calories below my target. If I have anything else tonight it must be low carb. I spent half the day cooking some healthier food (and the other half taking pets to the vet for check ups and such) Now I'm exhausted and should sleep well after a dip in the hot tub.

I threw out all the cookies this morning. It was hard, but not as hard as I expected. The chocolate is another matter. I buy the good stuff, so won't throw it away. My secret weapon is the Kitchen Safe. I locked it up for a solid week. OMG! I am going to allow one piece a week, but only if I meet my challenge goal of 1.35 lb. weight loss per week. I am totally addicted to chocolate and sugar and will have to ditch this food item permanently if I can't control it.

Ready to launch the 10% Challenge on Monday. I'll admit I'm a little nervous about this. It didn't help that my husband said "you'll never make it". Thanks Honey!

I am not looking forward to giving up my beloved chocolates. Chocolate? Thin? Chocolate? Thin? I can give up fast food, almost have already and most restaurants aren't really that much better. I like to cook. I like to exercise. Yep, it's the chocolate.
