I don't know if it is too late or not, I am 69 and I really must lose weight. I've been 80% disabled for 15 years, cannot walk very much, very hard for me to exercise, but I can do small things. Anyway I need encouragement and help. 2000 calories seems like a massive amount of food for me to be eating, but hey I'll try.
My biggest flaw is my love for Taco Bell, I have to stay away from it, mainly because of the sodium, my diet has to be low sodium. I really hope I can do this.
