I blew it today, not calorie wise, but definitely sodium. I need to remember that I can do this, just need to get back on the bicycle. Otherwise not a bad day, saw the doc and everything is still ticking. lol. Forgot to add got on the scale this morning and I was down to 293, not going to weigh in cause I know it's mostly water, but still feels good.

Sick all day, tried to eat right anyway bub by dinner time, my stomach said no way. Trying now to get it settled. I love having this ability to write down just what I am feeling, it helps. a lot.
Pray tomorrow is better.

Day 2 and I am still here, Praise God. All things are possible through God, I believe that. Will see what the day brings. I've discovered that there is just no way I can eat 2000 calories a day, unless I eat out or eat junk. It is going to be interesting to see how this goes.
Had a good day. Stayed within my limits, having difficulty finding my food items in the listings, like today we had a kind of Beef Stroganoff except it is made wth sour cream and collage cheese. Very good, but settled for a strogonoff recipe. Everything we have is low sodium, so I know that figure is wrong, but it's not brain surgery, so not going to worry about it that much, but I am trying to find how to add a recipe, no luck yet.
