should i be trying eat all my daily reccomened intake?????
i heard that for losing one pound a week you need to cut down on 3500 calorie a week, it means try to reduce your calorie intake 500 calorie each day, so for the beginning, my suggestion is that try to eat 75% to 85% of daily intake , good luck

Hi There
I'm new to this site( just 6 hours
) but it really motivates me, I'd like to know beside my own diet, does any one have any helpful suggestion for losing belly fat? It really disappoints me
