I luuuuuuurrrrrvvvveeee SUSHI!!! How much can I have?
I am simply addicted to sushi, and could have it every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!

Does anyone know much sushi a person is allowed to have in any one sitting?

What do you guys think, or have you found any research, because I haven't?

Thanking you in advance!!!

How long do you eat before exercise?
Hi there all,

Of late I have been experiencing severe stitches (stomach cramps after eating) while trying to gym, particularly trying to jog on the treadmill.

My routine is that I have a bite to eat at about 4pm, and then gym for 40min or so from about 5:30pm or 6pm every day...which I thought would be enough time to allow for my food to digest somewhat before my gym session...however I am still experiencing this severe pain in my side while jogging. (I try to stay away from eating anything after gym because I don't like to eat after 7pm.)

Do you know how long before gym you should eat?....or have any tips on what I should do to prevent this pain? Any advice would be appreciated!!!

Many thanks!!!

Suggestions for high protein foods or recipes please?
Hi there FS community,

I have been told by my dietician that I need to increase my protein intake, as I am not getting nearly enough protein in my diet at all. (Seems like everything I try is high in carbs and low in protein despite my best intentions)!!!

I have a few questions questions which I am hoping you all will be able to help with:
1) What should my protein RDI be?...how high?...or how do I calculate this?
2) Any suggestions for high protein, low fat foods? (Except for red meat.)
3))Do you have any suggestions for high protein recipes that are easy to prepare, or ready made foods even!!! (I live on my own, and need something quick and easy!!)
4) Any other suggestions?

Your feedback on the above would be most greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!!!
