Thanksgiving is only days away! Very excited about seeing a mass of family and friends. Equally excited for the yummy food made with lots of love that I will enjoy...while in a caloric deficit LOL! Planning is key. Can't wait!

12 POUNDS LOST!!! REACHED GOAL WEIGHT!!! 110 POUNDS LOST SINCE OCTOBER 1, 2012!!!
Just wanted to quickly do a weigh-in since I just finished my 3 mile walk! I'm so very busy with work and life right now, but I will do an updated journal in the coming weeks that will be more detailed of my year-long weightloss journey!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Calorie count, fatsecret, my scale, meditation, and my notebook journal have been so important on my journey!
Just overall grateful for each and every moment of every day! So glad I decided to take my life back!! I'm stronger and more powerful today bc I have a healthy mind, body, and soul for my future!

My gosh....work just got real. Im gonna have to adjust my diet and exercise for the next 6 weeks. Will just be too busy. I shall see how things work out over the next couple weeks. Meditation will be heavily used for any major stress days.
Feeling positive and confident about it though! Definitely gonna simplify things with my diet and exercise schedule starting today. :D
