Went totally high calorie over MARDI GRAS! Lol...this gain was SO worth it. Good #Louisiana food, liquor, and fun was had by all. We....LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULER!! :D :D :D
I'm now back on track with my calorie count of course...just had to post something regarding my delicious debauchery. ;-) It's a gorgeous Saturday today, and I'm thankful to love and be loved. :D

I just realized that I now have bowel movements each and every morning. I used to have such terrible constipation issues. If I would have known 1.5 years ago that it would have taken this long to get my digestive system back on track, I would not have been so frustrated with that portion of my progress. I could not understand how everything else with my body was doing great, except my "poop cycle". And now my poop cycle is better than ever. It's really true that every individual body is different. Healing takes time. I also found that I spend a ton of money on healthy food, supplements...bc I really like putting good things into my body. I'm one of the most frugal people in the world so this is quite surprising. Many of the things I use have changed dramatically so I will have to update on here just to compare with my last list. I have kept a daily (personal) journal, and that has been my saving grace. If I could not be honest with myself everyday over the last 1.5 years to write down my daily calorie count, monitor true emotions, stabilize with meditation, and record weigh ins...I would not have lost over 100+ pounds. That's just a fact. A neighbor of mine who is obese has been trying to lose weight since I began my journey, and it's really sad to watch her struggle as I did in the past. She asked to workout with me long ago to which I immediately said YES, but each time I ask if she's available to walk...there's always an excuse. I've come to realize over my weightloss journey (and reading a few posts on fatsecret) that lack of weightloss has little to do with weakness....but in my opinion more to do with fear. Anywho, it's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL Saturday morning. I'm gonna relax today, and watch Oscar nominated movies in time for the Oscars tomorrow (YAY!). But before that, I'm going for a walk. It feels great outside. :D

Dear #FatGod, I need to get down to 150 pounds so that my 3-5 pound increase in weight throughout every month does not turn me into a lunatic. If you could just make them disappear by the end of next month...I'd be grateful. Pretty please? I do apreciate that I'm a skinnygirl today, but I do not want to weigh-in each morning anymore with the intent of seeing a loss. As you know, I've been in this mode now for about 15 months, and I believe I might pull my hair/wig/extensions/etc out....literally. Let's keep my tresses intact if it's possible. Usually my numbers readjust after 24-48 hours after a cheat day, but this time they have not gone back to original weight due to my enjoying many, many...many holiday cupcakes this week. It was worth it. Yes, gawd. Obviously, cupcakes will not be in my future for a while lol so going back to my original diet will be helpful. Enjoyed Christmas, had SO much fun with friends and family, and volunteered this week too. So excited for the new year of 2014! Thankful and blessed! :D
Sidenote: My New Orleans Saints are going to the PLAYOFFS! YAY! The game today was BANANAS! Happy, happy New Year! :D

Totally indulging in Christmas cookies and cupcakes that I baked....like right now lol! They aren't terribly sinful though. Made sure of that (ie: replaced veg oil w/ apple sauce). HIIT workouts are on the schedule through the holiday anyway.
Can't wait to see my brand new niece on Christmas day! The number of these cutey pie rugrats keep going up lol! I'm thankful for my family, Christmas spirit, love, and life. Definitely a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year will be had....so grateful. :D
Sidenote: Just bought a Google Chromecast to cast my Netflix account and Youtube vids to my TV and this gadget is amazeballs! I cast all my youtube workout vids to my TV all the time now, and watching netflix on TV is wonderful too. #EarlyChristmasGift2Myself :D
