Still maintaining, which is good in the end. I'd like to start losing again, but menstrual water weight is starting to come on, and fewer things are more satisfying than that post-menstrual woosh, so I'll be looking forward to that.
No more take out, no more eating out. It's hard to say no to friends, so I may do that, but make better choices. It's frustrating that many places don't let adults order from the kids' menu, since their portions are much more reasonable. Lunch sizes are better, too, but that cuts off at most places around 3-4pm. So maybe soups and salads when I go out from now on. Or at least for a good while.
Staying positive, staying motivated. Been working my butt off and now that the weather is getting warmer and nicer, Husband and I have been going on long walks in the evenings and at night, and it's been so, so nice to start doing that again. We will occasionally hit up frozen yogurt after our walks, I always get plain yogurt with lots of fruit and some chocolate chips, and while I know rewarding yourself for working out with food is detrimental to the weight loss journey and habit-changing, I love me some fro-yo.

Way, way, WAY overate yesterday. But it was totally worth it. Went out to dinner with some friends and the husband for a double date, burgers were had. Beers were had at a local bar, then more drinks were had at home. Well, the only consolation I guess is it gave me lots of workout fuel, and today is HIIT and cardio day, so no excuses.
I'll probably do some extra strength workouts as well, just because I like them.

Ate a lot today, volume-wise. Taking food handlers and liquor-service certifications all day for a new job, maybe it just made me hungry. Should have killed my appetite talking about food-borne illnesses and such. I'm gonna be absolutely neurotic about cleanliness when I get started, people will probably hate me for it. The good kind of hate, though.
This state's liquor-service certification test is a damn JOKE. I had to take it 6 times before I passed, when I only had to take the food handlers once and only missed one question out of 40. Out of 21 questions for the liquor certification, I blew it 5 times before passing. What a nightmare.
But it's over, I'm certified, will get "real" licenses in the mail and have temporary ones for now, and I'm super excited for this new job to start. ^_^

Overate today, but I'm okay with it. Post-tattoo comfort food of the absolute best Indian food in town, and I'm going to enjoy it guilt-free. Calorie restrictions back on starting tomorrow, and I'll get on the March Blogilate's calendar as well. Might skip arm day for a while, though...
