Ryojiin's Journal, 10 March 2016

Way, way, WAY overate yesterday. But it was totally worth it. Went out to dinner with some friends and the husband for a double date, burgers were had. Beers were had at a local bar, then more drinks were had at home. Well, the only consolation I guess is it gave me lots of workout fuel, and today is HIIT and cardio day, so no excuses.

I'll probably do some extra strength workouts as well, just because I like them.

That socializing food and beverage is part of real life, go kill off a few extra calories and eat a little less, it's all good.
