Yeah! My weight held steady despite some holiday eating over New Years. Mostly it was those wonderful Italian cookies again. I am so glad I don't bake, but I do love good cookies as the Italian Market around the corner has them. Yeah! I am looking forward to a good year of weight loss in the next few months. These are usually good months for me because their isn't much going on that leads to out and out food debauchery!

I'm glad to have the holidays behind me. Today, I will be putting the tree away and doing some painting--I have another couple of days off from work so I will make good use of them.
I was glad to be back to my routine of going to the gym and eating my normal tasty breakfast.

Sadly, I've been fighting off a bad cold which has made me extremely tired. It has been going on for days and keeping me from getting much done on my days off! Sigh. Not sure if I should fight the lethargy or just let it take it's course until I feel better again. Had hot and sour soup today, a great way to fight off a cold. Now I will relax some more and munch on those great little oranges to fight this cold off!
