Yeah! Lost celebration/trip/dinner out weight with a some to spare. I am officially down more than 10% since the stroke! Yippee!

My sister sent me the American Heart Association Slow Cooker Cookbook. I am making my first thing now, black and red bean chili. It is on the 8 hour cook so it will be ready for supper.
Workout was great today, burned 325 calories.
1 mile in 17:05 min.
did 15 reps 3 times of:
Squats
lunges
leg press
seated rows
chest press
situps
45 sec. plank
Sit ups and plank where the worst but I managed to get through them.

Peeked at my weight and I'm 215 so that's not bad considering the insanity of the past few days. Fighting off a cold so I'm a bit tired. sigh.
Sooooo.....plan to eat well today started off with oatmeal so looking forward to a good day in dietland.

Managed my workout today despite being tired. Had a nice holiday with only one episode of off track eating--yummy cookies from the Italian store. Had a late breakfast of sugar cookies and then snacks and dinner of other great cookies. Well, it was Christmas Eve.
Now I am aback to the grindstone: Burned aroun 225 calories

2X15 crunches
15 lunges each side
15 chest press
15 leg press
15 lateral pulldown
15 seated rows
15 tricep presses

Back on board with the program today. Did 30 minutes of cardio followed by stretching and burned 236 calories!
