“You will know if you are too acidic if you get sick often, get urinary tract infections, suffer from headaches, and have bad breath and body odor (when you do not use antiperspirant). wow today had been a weird day. I have not been losing alot in 2 weeks on scale but I did notice when I put on my daughter's jeans they were loose and falling down! So that was good. I ate alot today but I only consumed 1408 calories... I think I need to keep it at 1200 to lose if I am not exercising. I am doing the Brazen 24 day ab workout day 8 now but I did join the challenge Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. and I am scared. I have not done any aerobics for about 20 years! I thought it was 11 but when I really counted.. gulp! So Im hoping I can do this. I really need to lose so if I can do that and the brazen, I can keep my cals around 1400 - 1500 even tho it says I should eat 1800! I lose nothing when I take in 1800, only gain. Well thats it. The Jillian ripped starts in 3 days so wish me the best i guess lol Hows everyone else doing with their challenges?
