I had to look it up, but an olive isn't a "nut or seed" or a vegetable. It's a fruit. :-)

I can't find the proper nutritional information for Subway's wraps (specifically, the "Veggie Delite" Wrap, which I eat almost every day). I've added the 6" sandwich version to my food diary, but I hate knowing my caloric tally will be off. :-(

Yes, I had spaghetti for breakfast. I find the whole wheat pasta fills me up so I'm not craving sweets throughout the morning, and I have energy for the rest of my day. :-)
