Everything that I read says that you should only weigh yourself weekly for an appropriate gauge of weight loss (because you can fluctuate so much with water loss, activity level, etc). I'm doing it, but it's really frustrating. :-P

Want to add exercise to your calendar but it isn't in the limited exercise menu and you don't know how many calories you've burned? I found a free tool that has a much larger list of exercises with calorie burn counts. Look up your exercise
here
, and then go to FatSecret's Exercise Diary, go to the bottom of the exercise list to "Other", and input the information yourself. It leads to a much more accurate calorie count in the long run. :-)
It also has you input your weight, so you can have a closer approximation of actual calories burned (i.e. Running the same time and speed, a larger person will burn more calories than a smaller person, because they are carrying with them extra weight).
