I started a fitness routine last week, which consists of walking.... nothing too strenuous. I enlisted a buddy to talk with me. I am focusing more on the foods I eat, and portion control. I hope to reach my goal of 190, and prove to myself I can lose the weight so that I can reach my ultimate weight loss goal of 50lbs.
