Feeling pretty good. Its the end of the soccer season, We had our parent vs kids soccer game last night. And I could actually keep up ! LOL We had a blast, and the kids loved it ! Its great to be healthy and able to do those kinds of things.
Still maintaining where Im at weight wise. Could use to get another workout in per week to push me through this.

Thats awesome i don't have kids but that sounds fun and different to get parents involved. Your doing great and its better to maintain then to gain!!!!! keep it up

I noticed that I am able to easily climb a hill that used to leave me wheezing a bit so I'm lighter and stronger too. You have a good weekend too Rascal!

Sounds like fun - reminds me of a fun run I did a few years back! Wonder how I would go on now! An extra workout as you say will give you some "money in the bank", so to speak! Once it gets to Autumn I find all the warming food can tip the scales once more, so extra exercise might just be the answer!
