Ugh, here we go again. Time to militantly count calories. I'll be eating a diet largely consisting of fruit and liquids and working out a bunch.

Alright, I'm getting ready to start modeling so I need to drop a few lbs. I've actually put on muscle weight since I've been weight training and I look great for it. I'm hoping to tone up a bit more and lose some more fat weight, I have no clue what my ideal weight is going to be, I'm just trying to look camera ready.

Ha! That's right... I'm feeling good now. I'm down below 118 and feeling absolutely wonderful about it

Ugh, back to needing to lose a few pounds. I'm going to start back drinking more water, working out and ACTUALLY working out and keeping track of what I eat. Maybe I can get rid of the nasty feeling of having too much weight on me.
I'll be using yoga and parts of the Insanity workout.
