Taught a Internet Marketing class last night - everyone ordered Chinese Takeout... I know, I know... bad Bob! Darn skinny people and their fast metabolisms.
Again, I should have learned, after eating all that "food" It made me feel sluggish and overfull. The feeling was still with me when I got up today.
Deadlines and bad food choices, jumped on the scale today and it read 244, and I sure hope that its just all that food from last night.
Wow, I have no idea why this is so hard, it sometimes feels like climbing up a hill made of mud. Each step is hard to make and its too easy to slip back down. ~mutters to self~
Today and Tomorrow will be a better day then yesterday!
Ordered some of that zero calorie Peanut Butter Spread, and zero calorie Jelly... ~laughs~ can't wait to try it. It has been months since I had a PB and J sandwich!

Party weekend... lots of fun, but the road ahead is deathtrap for my diet! Started yesterday, with a the first dinner...
I was good up until I the steak at the buffet... ~laughs~ then the carnivore in me kicked in... a true meat and potatoes man here.
Then movies and then I made the totally wrong choice for snacks and got a bag of Doritos should have stuck with my popcorn.
Alright, now for today... that meal last night, strangely no matter how good it tasted at the time, seems to be setting heavy with me.
You the feeling right before you get a cold, well, that is how I felt this morning... I am sure it is from all that meat in one sitting last night. Odd how your body gets used to eating a certain way.
So by noon the feeling passed, and I was hungry, so I got out the oatmeal (Quaker Oatmeal - Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar).
A good hot meal on a cold Massachuttess day... My plans to go for a trail hike with a friend was put off a bit, as she is down with a cold, so it looks like I am walking the
Ashuwillticook Rail Trail
today.
I will post some photos later... till then, Good Luck Everyone!

May have just sabotaged a great day... watched two movies with some friends, and they made huge bowls of popcorn (no salt or butter), plates of nachos, dip and chips.
I had brought 2 packets of 100 kcal snacks thinking that would be enough. ~laughs~
If you have read my journal, you know I love popcorn... and boy did I eat some. I did not have any drinks, nor did I dive in to the nachos or chips but I think I ate a bowl of popcorn all by my self. Oh well.
All in all it could have been worse, but all carbs before bed ~moan~, and I just failed one of my challenges for this week.
Good movies too:
Smokin' Aces 2 and The Invention of Lying
Well Good Night Everyone - and Good Luck!

Not bad, thought I was going to level out, but did well!
My treadmill is on its way out - so I am looking for a very cheep one or some-kind of inside workout machine if anyone has any leads. I don't mind my winter walks in the woods, but it is too dark after 6pm when I get home.
I have noticed little changes in my diet have a huge outcome on my daily weight.
The weekend is almost here, I have a birthday party to go to and want to have a beer or three.
To everyone - keep up the good work, don't give up, push on, you can do it!
Keep an eye on my notes, soon to be posting my photos of lunches and dinners made with meals made with 0 kcal, 0 carb diet pasta.
