Ate too much today, even after telling myself I wouldn't... I am going to have to blame it on the bread ...

~laughs~ 2 thick peanut spread and jelly sandwiches for lunch...140 kcal...what a hoot! After not having real peanut butter for awhile, Walden Farms Peanut Spread was OK - I give it a c+ the smell is fantastic, the taste - well just ok, but I added some of their calorie free jelly, that made it a bit better... I will have to post some of my reviews here of their products - I love them, but it like eating exotic foods, takes a little getting used to...~laughs~...but the results are worth it! Big meals, low kcal count...that's the ticket.

Busy busy but making time to get outside now the weather is getting better. I can not wait to get up to the lake, I love swimming but with that comes cookouts - hmmm grilled chicken with Walden Farms BBQ sounds good... even right now.. ~laughs~ .. have to admit, the Zero Pastas and Walden Farms products are going to save me this summer... I just have to keep them stocked.
As Always - Good Luck everyone, and keep it up! Fall off, get right back on, and don't look back!
