Alright, I am back - fell off, fell down, I now have my youngest child full time, a blessing, but cooking has me eating right along side a growing teen... that has to stop, back to the diet, back to working out.
After all that work, I find myself saying it again, I really do not like losing weight that I had lost already!
257 or so... I will weight in next Monday to get on track, then start posting daily here. This site DOES help, just keeping track, keeps you on track.

Working, stress and more work mix it in with bad food choices and no weight loss in the past week.

OK - new plan, eat most of my calories ie: big meals, at or before lunch... then broth and salads for dinner.
May work, we will see.

ACK! What a week, friends + fun = seem to equal too much food. I just wish I could be a more active to burn off some of what I eat.
Last night again was a diet disaster. But as we all know, we MUST try to do better today - yesterday is gone, and tomorrow is still too far away!
