Oooch -- You can purchase Gel pad covers, I don't have one but our instructors do. I've had a few "raw" experiences which have stopped me spinning a few times. When this challenge starts, I'm expecting to have to purchase one of those pads!

Sweat out of your eyes, now that sounds a little extreme
I'm keen on spinning but Route 66 seems a little far! although I'm sure you'll experience some better weather than here in the UK.
Looking forward to getting this challenge going!

Absolutely
don't need to be spinning, exercise bike or outdoor cycling will do nicely but you really need to push it. 400 - 600 calories plus per session!
Agree with the blade, took me a while to adjust!
Put some tunes on and start pushing those legs, when it hurts, don't give up, keep pushing yourself.

Good stuff, keep it up. I've been spinning for around 3 months. Average 2-3 spins a week but want to push myself to do more!

Spinning Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge
Stated my own challenge today "Spinning Challenge" I would be delighted if any spinners out there would join. At least 4 spin sessions per week, calorie control and drinking plenty of water.
I'm fairly new to the site (I've been using the ipad app) so any recommendations or buddie requests for motivation more than welcome
