I'm 59 years old, and have about 45 pounds to lose, maybe more if I really make a success of it this time. My goal is to maintain my health, which is starting to deteriorate with age but also because of my weight. I'm single, and a couple of years ago I moved across the country to Virginia (I'm a Western girl) far from family and friends, for a new start. I love it here, but if I'm going to maintain my independence I have to maintain my health.
