DOES THIS DIET WORKS?
Hi, just found this site today, but have been in Shangri-la land since the first of Oct, 06. It works for me, I have dropped 45 lbs since starting. It is the easiest way to lose weight. One and a half TBS ELOO in the morning, and second dose about three thirty in the afternoon. I was never a snacker, just very big meals, but now am eating like a normal person, with no hunger pangs, te appitite suppression is truly amazing!! I did have a month long plateau starting Thanksgiving, but didn't gain over the holidays, and then the weight started dropping again.
Twenty years ago I lost over a hundred pounds using Dr. prescribed diet pills, think they were nothing more than speed, and this method is easier and less painful. I have no problem sleeping, and have had no digestive troubles.
The mental calmness, better skin, and lack of hunger pangs and cravings are wonderful side effects of Shangri_La. I think it is wonderful!!!!
