Woo Hoo! 160 this morning! This plan is really working well, I just couldn't get any movement with the other plan I was following. I just need to try to not go overboard over the weekend.

Still at 163. Sticking to the plan. Will have to think about what I am going to eat over the weekend - that is always the hardent time for everyone. Haven't been craving anything in particular.

Yay! Down to 162 this morning. Didn't wake up hungry in the middle of the night, that was a relief. Drank a glass of milk before going to bed, but I was so tired, I must have slept really hard.
Resisted some choc chip cookies yesterday. If they had been oatmeal raisin, I think I would have caved, I love those.

Followed the plan to the letter yesterday. Was not too hungry, although dinner was very boring - grilled tuna fillet, cooked frozen spinach and cottage cheese. I'm going to do something a little more flavorful tonight. When I saw how little food was in my lunch box this morning, I actually panicked a little bit. Eating RyVita craker and peanut butter right now, that is pretty filling. I really miss my fruit! Only a couple of weeks of this, though.
Doing the 20 minute Pilates video in the morning and Curves workout at lunch. I'll stick to it for a solid week and see what happens. If I can get below 160, that will be fantastic, I can't remember the last time that happened.

Was off work last week with my daughter for her fall break. Didn't do too bad - had a few extras but still steady at 163.5 this morning. Kept pretty busy - went swimming 2 times and was cleaning and organizing the house a lot. Did Pilates video a couple of times.
Started the Curves diet in earnest this morning. Limit to 60 grams of carbs and 1200 cal per day for one week, then increase to 1600 cal per day the next week. It's pretty boring, a lot of lean protein and vegetables, hardy any fruit or bread the first few weeks. I'm going to give it a good effort to continue the push. Haven't been craving too much of anything, except I did have to have a chocolate donut one afternoon last week.
Hubby finally realized he is expanding - having to buy the XXL shirts may have been a clue! He's up to a healthy 235, at 5'10" - about 45 too much. He has a serious ice cream addiction, we'll see how that goes. I don't care much for ice cream, but I have to have my Lay's potato chip fix every now and then. Those things are heaven.
