Well I've been holding steady in 2008 at 160. That's good since a little over a year ago I was up around 168. I have been really hungry this week, but haven't binged, just ate small amounts of additional foods. Will try exercising a bit more to offset. Got some new Pilates DVDs that are about 20 minutes each that I can squeeze in most mornings. Pretty happy with my figure except for the tire right around the middle.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I am actually getting whre I don't crave any sweets or enjoy them when I eat them. I was eating a little brownie the other day and it was so sweet, it was making me sick. Then I took a bite of a caramel apple with sprinkles on it, a few weeks ago and I had to spit it out it was just overwhelming. Maybe your taste buds change as you grow older. I used to could eat just packages of almost pure sugar candy.
