I'm 176cms tall and 64kgs. I've joined fatsecret because I find it hard to keep the food diary I am supposed to - I have to look things up, write them in and then calculate the macronutrients in them. This way I just type it into the search bar and add it to my meal plan. Plus I can add my exercise that way too.
My current body fat % is 25.5, which is considered "acceptable" for someone my weight and height. However my goal is 23.1%. I'm also working on endurance with my trainer - I've always found it very hard to exercise in long bursts, probably because I smoked and had asthma :)
Now I've quit smoking for 4 months, and I can run a kilometre without much trouble at all. I'm trying to build it up to 2, then 4 etc. I've also formed a swimming group at work, and train with them once a week.
Hopefully this website helps me hit my goals!
