I don't know about this exercise vs calories stuff. It seems like everything I do on a daily basis burns off a lot of calories. I am amazed I am not thin. It makes me realize just how much I must have been eating before to gain this weight. I know the insulin I take jacks up my metabolism some, but not enough to make this big of a difference. My son told me yesterday the more you weigh the more calories you burn just breathing and sitting. I thought it worked the other way around I guess.
But now I try to move for at least an hour or more everyday. The weather is getting really great now and I am enticed with being outside.

I made it through my first meal eating out. Made it easy that my son picked the place and went to eat with me. It has been 3 years since he started his weight loss. Took him a year to lose 100 lbs and then another few months to lose the other 20 lbs. I love he set the example. He has not gained his weight back after 2 years. He did it with FS and keeping up with what he ate and exercised. God let me do as he did. It is an inspiration he broke the "BALL FAMILY" mold.
Me and my 3 kids have always been what I call fluffy, but over the years just got bigger and bigger till I named us the Ball Family. Well now two down and two of us to go. I want to do it slowly so I don't have the rolls of loose skin fast weight loss causes. Can't wait to be fat free!!

Day one. Really excited to start my first challenge and looking forward to having support to help me out. Started weighing what I eat and shocked at the difference between what I think something is and the reality.
