Bad week and didn't really eat what I thought was right. Weighed and logged, but just ate random stuff and picked whatever was handy. Less than usual, but not really balanced or on time. Better next week.

What a busy week. Still moving bedrooms around. Bella (great-grandbaby) stayed Saturday & Sunday. 7 people for Breakfast Sunday afternoon and I cooked potatoes, eggs w/cheese, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy and strawberries. I was so tired I only at a biscuit/butter and strawberries. Usually I would have at least had the potoes, gravy & eggs, but way to tired to eat. Then cleaning carpet in my grandson's apartment Tuesday night and I am really beat tonight. Really? Lost some weight, but was glad I had the energy to keep up with the logging and moving more. Getting easier and I had some real stress going on and usually eat my way through it. Better.
