I'm having building work done so I don't have access to the kitchen currently. It's making for some odd mean choices but helping with not snacking.

And back on track. I'm glad that earlier in the week was just a blip. I worry that today is also a blip but I'm keeping on going. Better planning is helping along with supportive colleagues who have stopped offering me snacks.

Weighing myself the morning after a gin festival with lots of gin drunk and bad food choices. I'm not surprised I'm back up again.
On track for most of this week though.
